How buyer reviews work

This policy explains which buyers can submit a review, what Agents Pack verifies and how every public score is calculated.

Eligibility and evidence

A Buyer may submit one review for a Pack only from an authenticated account with an active Entitlement and a protected Download Grant issued for a covered Release. This proves the purchase and that protected download access was issued; it does not prove that the Buyer retrieved, installed or used the file.

The Buyer selects one Target runtime available for that Release and declares the date of their experience. The overall rating and declared experience date are required. Installation, documentation and support ratings and the written comment are optional. Agents Pack provides no compensation, discount or other benefit in exchange for a review.

Manual control and publication time

Every submitted review enters manual pre-publication review. Agents Pack checks eligibility, relevance, personal data, abuse and authenticity signals. The platform may contact the reviewer through the email address attached to their private account when information is needed; that address is never displayed with the review.

Agents Pack publishes or refuses a submitted review within a maximum of 30 days. A low or negative rating is never by itself a reason to refuse, delay or hide a review. When a review is refused or hidden, the reviewer receives the specific moderation reason through their account.

Ranking, scores and public fields

Published reviews are ordered by publication date, newest first. The public aggregate uses every currently published overall rating. Installation, documentation and support averages each show their own contributing-review count, so an absent optional rating is never treated as zero.

A public review shows the generic ‘Verified purchase’ label, ratings, optional comment, selected Target runtime, covered Release version, Buyer-declared experience date, publication date and any partial or full refund status. Review text is user-generated content. Published review fields are public and may be indexed by search engines.

Changes, refunds and retention

After submission, the Buyer cannot edit it directly. The Buyer may ask Agents Pack to withdraw the review by using the contact address below. A hidden or withdrawn review no longer contributes to the public aggregate.

A refund does not automatically erase an authentic review. Agents Pack keeps its moderation history and displays whether the purchase was partially or fully refunded while the review remains published. A review remains public for up to five years from publication unless it is hidden or withdrawn sooner.

Authenticity reports and disputes

Each published review has a free authenticity-report link. A Publisher or any other person with relevant evidence may use it to submit a reasoned concern. A report starts a new manual check; it does not automatically change the rating, order or publication status.

Agents Pack may hide unlawful, irrelevant, fraudulent, abusive or privacy-invasive content, or content whose eligibility can no longer be established. The recorded reason is delivered to the reviewer. Questions, withdrawal requests and review disputes can be sent to the contact address below.
