Terms of use

Terms for using Agents Pack

These terms govern Agents Pack during early access. Checkout is open: a pack purchase is concluded through Stripe Checkout and the sales sections below apply to every order.

Scope and current status

Agents Pack is a service published by MBEN DEV. By using the preview, you agree to these terms and the rules shown in the interface. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The catalog and manifest checker are provided for evaluation. A listing whose purchase button is active is an offer that can be accepted through Agents Pack; the sales, delivery, withdrawal and remedy sections below apply to every order.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details confidential and promptly tell MBEN DEV if you suspect unauthorized access. You may use the service only if you have legal capacity to do so; anyone acting for an organization confirms that they are authorized to bind it.

  • do not probe, disrupt, overload or bypass the service, its access controls or its rate limits;
  • do not use another person’s account or collect data from the service without authorization;
  • do not upload malware, secrets, stolen credentials or unlawful material.

Marketplace roles and transparency

Agents Pack is intended to let independent publishers present downloadable agent packs and buyers assess them. Publishers choose and remain responsible for their pack, description, licence and declared dependencies. MBEN DEV operates the platform and may validate, rank, moderate and deliver listings according to the information displayed on the service.

Before sales open, each checkout must clearly identify the seller, the seller’s professional status, MBEN DEV’s role in the transaction, the main ranking rules and any paid placement. Because that transaction model is not final, this preview page does not designate either MBEN DEV or a publisher as the seller or merchant of record for a future order.

Publisher commitments

A publisher must own the submitted material or hold every permission needed to distribute it. Descriptions, screenshots, compatibility claims, licences, versions, external connections, model requirements and security instructions must be complete and not misleading.

Automated validation or editorial review is not certification and does not transfer the publisher’s responsibility to MBEN DEV. A publisher must not submit material that infringes rights, conceals harmful behavior, exposes personal data or credentials, misrepresents results, or violates applicable law or a third-party platform’s terms.

Buyer reviews, moderation and reports

MBEN DEV may reject, quarantine, suspend or remove a pack or account where this is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, quality control or protection of users and third parties. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the affected user will receive a reason and a way to contest the decision by contacting MBEN DEV.

Users may report a pack, rights issue or security concern at the contact address below. Urgent removal does not prevent a later review.

Buyer reviews are subject to the published Review Policy. Only an authenticated Buyer whose Entitlement and issued protected-download access are verified may submit one review per Pack. The review is linked internally to the covered Release, the Target runtime selected by that Buyer and the experience date declared by the Buyer. It is manually checked before publication, dated and displayed by publication date, newest first. A negative score is never by itself a moderation reason. A refused or hidden reviewer receives the reason; a partially or fully refunded review keeps its history and is labelled with the matching refund status rather than being removed automatically.

A Publisher can use the free reporting link shown with each published review to submit a reasoned authenticity concern. A report starts a moderation check and does not guarantee removal or alter the review automatically.

Using packs and external services

Before installing a pack, check its target runtime, version, licence, required model, permissions, API connections and external costs. Use isolated credentials and the least permissions needed. A pack may execute code or call third-party services; those services have their own terms, availability and charges.

Buying or downloading a pack will grant only the licence stated on its product page. It will not transfer ownership and will not permit redistribution, resale or publication unless that licence expressly allows it. Packs are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

Principles for future sales

Paid sales will remain disabled until the product page and checkout provide the applicable pre-contract information: seller identity and status, essential pack features, compatibility and interoperability, version and licence, total price and taxes, known external costs, delivery method, update and support commitments, and the applicable statutory guarantees and complaint route.

The final order screen must make the payment obligation unambiguous, allow input errors to be corrected and provide an order confirmation on a durable medium. The terms that apply to a particular sale will be presented before purchase and may include separate buyer and publisher conditions.

Stripe is planned as the technical payment and seller-onboarding provider. Stripe does not provide or draft these terms and does not determine the parties’ consumer rights.

Digital delivery, withdrawal and remedies

Where consumer law applies, a distance contract generally carries a 14-day withdrawal period. Immediate supply of digital content without a physical medium may begin during that period only through the legally required flow, including the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of any resulting loss of the right to withdraw. Payment alone will not be treated as that consent.

Any exception to withdrawal will be shown before purchase and confirmed with the order. It does not remove mandatory remedies where a pack is not supplied, is non-conforming or the required consent was not validly obtained. Refund, support and dispute instructions for the actual seller will be displayed before paid sales open.

Intellectual property

MBEN DEV and its licensors retain their rights in the Agents Pack service, branding, interface and original editorial material. Publishers retain or license their own pack material. Third-party names, agent runtimes and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Feedback may be used to improve the service, but sending feedback does not transfer ownership of a pack or confidential material.

Availability and responsibility

The preview may change, be interrupted or contain errors. MBEN DEV does not promise that every pack will remain listed, work with every runtime or satisfy a particular need. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a guarantee that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

You remain responsible for your configuration, credentials, backups and decisions made from a pack’s output. This does not reduce any responsibility that the seller or MBEN DEV has under applicable law.

Suspension, termination and changes

You may stop using the preview at any time. MBEN DEV may restrict access for a serious or repeated breach, a security risk or a legal requirement, using proportionate measures where possible. Provisions that by nature need to survive, including licence restrictions and responsibility for prior conduct, continue after access ends.

These terms may change as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be dated and, where required, notified before they take effect. A new version will not retroactively change a completed order’s agreed terms.

Law, complaints and contact

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence. Contact MBEN DEV first so a complaint can be reviewed and answered.

Before the first consumer sale, Agents Pack must publish the identity and contact details of the competent consumer mediator and the exact complaint process. No mediator is identified by this preview page. Users keep any right to use another competent authority or court.
